摘要 通过对保租房钢结构建筑各专业进行协同设计,探索创新设计了全预制混凝土楼板匹配钢框架的设计,形成标准化保租房钢结构体系,并在北京市某保租房项目进行推广应用。实践表明,该体系在保租房钢结构和全预制混凝土楼板的优化拆分设计、钢结构及全预制混凝土楼板快速装配施工等方面发挥了装配式钢结构住宅标准化高效建造的优势。 Through the collaborative design of various specialties in the steel structure of rental housing,the design of fully prefabricated concrete floors matched with steel frames is explored and innovatively designed,forming a standardized steel structure system for rental housing.This has been promoted and applied in a rental housing project of Beijing.Practice has shown that this system exhibits the characteristics of standardized and efficient construction of prefabricated steel structure residential buildings,in terms of optimizing the split design of steel structures and fully prefabricated concrete floors in rental housing,as well as rapid assembly construction of steel structures and fully prefabricated concrete floors.
