摘要
上海近代历史建筑的结构材料主要包括混凝土、砌体、钢材和木材。通过对当时规范和书籍的调研,梳理了材料强度的相关要求,结合工程实践分析了不同结构材料材性的时代特征和规律。上海地区近代钢筋混凝土建筑中的混凝土强度绝大多数可达到14MPa以上。钢筋以建筑钢应用最广,但强度更高的钢筋也有应用。近代历史建筑中的结构钢材主要为软钢,在强度上与现在的Q235相当。砖木结构中承重墙广泛应用烧结砖和石灰砂浆,而木材主要为杉木和花旗松,不同年代建筑采用的木材种类有其相应的时代特征。
The structural materials of modern historical buildings in Shanghai mainly include concrete,masonry,steel and wood.Through the investigation of the specifications and books at that time,the relevant requirements of material strength were sorted out,and the characteristics and laws of the times of different structural materials were analyzed in combination with engineering practice.The concrete strength of most modern reinforced concrete buildings in Shanghai can reach more than 14MPa.The structural steel in modern historical buildings is mainly mild steel,which is equivalent to the current Q235 in strength.Sintered bricks and lime mortar are widely used in load⁃bearing walls of brick⁃wood structures,while wood is mainly Chinese fir and Douglas fir.The types of wood used in buildings have their own characteristics of the times.
