摘要
钢结构框架柱的地脚锚栓应定义为柱脚连接构件,并具有与柱协调的断后伸长性。低合金高强度钢材的地脚锚栓可按断后伸长率不小于17%,屈强比不大于0.75的原则选用。提出地脚锚栓的承载能力以钢材的屈服强度为计算依据,强度设计值采用抗力分项系数换算,预埋深度采用受拉钢筋的锚固概念计算,不应以极限抗拉强度为依据。因安装就位的地脚锚栓存在弱约束的杠杆臂,可忽略锚栓的抗剪能力。柱脚安装增设的调整螺母,使锚栓变成了悬臂压弯短柱,彻底改变了锚栓的受力状态,施工时应禁止增设。
The anchor bolt of the steel structure frame column should be defined as the column base connection member and has the post-breaking elongation coordinated with the column.The anchor bolt of low alloy high strength steel can be selected according to the principle that the elongation after fracture is not less than 17%and the yield ratio is not more than 0.75.It is proposed that the bearing capacity of the anchor bolt is calculated based on the yield strength of the steel,the strength design value is converted by the resistance partial coefficient,and the embedded depth is calculated by the anchorage concept of the tensile steel bar,which should not be based on the ultimate tensile strength.Due to the existence of a weak constrained lever arm in the installed anchor bolt,the shear resistance of the anchor bolt can be ignored.The additional adjustment nut is installed at the column base,which makes the anchor bolt become a cantilever bending short column,completely changing the stress state of the anchor bolt,and the addition should be prohibited during construction.
