摘要
锌铝镁作为国内近几年新兴的表面镀层产品,各家钢厂根据市场需求选择符合自己的生产定位。由于锌铝镁成分的不同,导致生产中遇到的问题均有所不同,没有生产经验可以互相借鉴,只能靠自身解决问题并总结经验,以防止重复性事故的发生,这就体现出经验反馈的重要性。通过收集生产中遇到的问题,找出根本原因,最后总结归档,不仅可以在相同事件再次发生时及时响应处理,同时也能增加自身的技术储备力量,对控制风险和提高经济效益具有重要意义。
Zinc aluminum magnesium,as an emerging surface coating product in China in recent years,is selected by various steel mills according to market demand and meets their production positioning.Due to the different composition of zinc,aluminum,and magnesium,the problems encountered in production are different.There is no production experience to learn from each other,and we can only rely on ourselves to solve the problem and summarize experience to prevent repetitive accidents.This reflects the importance of experience feedback.By collecting the problems encountered in production,identifying the root causes,and finally summarizing and archiving,not only can respond and handle the same events in a timely manner,but also increase technical reserves,which is of great significance for controlling risks and improving economic benefits.
