乡村振兴背景下少数民族务工人员国家通用语言文字推广现状调查研究

摘要国家通用语言文字普及提升工程和推普助力乡村振兴计划是“十三五”时期的国家通用语言文字普及攻坚工程和推普脱贫攻坚行动计划的接续升级,是国家语言文字事业“十四五”发展规划的重点任务。国家通用语言文字不仅是新疆传播文化、发展经济的重要载体,也是各族人民相互交流融合的实用工具。该文调查研究少数民族务工人员国家通用语言文字水平与其劳动技能、工作岗位之间的联系和影响,并进一步分析国家通用语言文字对少数民族务工和乡村振兴推进工作的影响,并提出乡村振兴背景下推进国家通用语言文字推广工作的措施,以期提升少数民族地区国家通用语言文字推广质量,助力乡村振兴战略的实现。 The National Language and Writing Popularization and Enhancement Project and the Popularization Assistance Rural Revitalization Plan are the continuation and upgrading of the National Language and Writing Popularization and Poverty Alleviation Action Plan during the 13th Five Year Plan period,and are important tasks of the National Language and Writing Development Plan during the 14th Five Year Plan period.The national common language is not only an important carrier for spreading culture and developing economy in Xinjiang,but also a practical tool for communication and integration among people of all ethnic groups.This article investigates and studies the relationship and impact of the national language and writing proficiency of ethnic minority workers on their labor skills and job positions,and further analyzes the impact of national language and writing on the promotion of ethnic minority workers and rural revitalization.It also proposes measures to promote national language promotion in the context of rural revitalization,with the aim of improving the quality of national language promotion in ethnic minority areas,Assist in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
