磨损时长对汽车发动机轴承用铍铜合金的损伤行为影响

摘要 由于铍铜具有高弹性、高耐磨性、高强度和高硬度等性能,在汽车发动机轴承中广泛应用。但在工作过程中,由于受到轴承间隙与转动装置中心位置的影响,造成轴承的摩擦磨损。本文用磨损试验机,研究不同磨损时长对铍铜合金的摩擦磨损行为的影响。结果表明:铍铜合金表面的磨损区域、磨屑数量、磨损深度和体积随着磨损时长的增加而增加,铍铜表面的摩擦因数最大为0.82,磨损深度最大变化量为0.95μm,磨损体积最大变化量为73635μm^(3),合金表面的Be含量与磨损时长无关。研究为铍铜合金更好应用到汽车发动机轴承上有一定参考。 Due to its good mechanical properties such as high elasticity,high wear resistance,high strength and high hardness,beryllium copper alloy is widely used in automobile engine bearings.However,during the working process,due to the influence of the bearing clearance and the center position of the rotating device,the friction and wear of the bearing will be caused.Based on the wear testing machine,the influence of different wear durations on the friction and wear behavior of beryllium copper alloy was studied.The results show that the wear area,number of wear debris,wear depth and volume of the beryllium-copper alloy surface increase with the increase of wear duration.The friction coefficient of the beryllium copper alloy surface is a maximum of 0.82,the maximum variation of wear depth is 0.95µm,and the maximum variation of wear volume is 73635µm^(3).The Be content on the alloy surface is independent on the wear time.The research provides a guidance for the better application of beryllium copper alloy to automobile engine bearings.
