摘要
当前,世界进入新的动荡变革期,我国进入新发展阶段,推动构建人类命运共同体的时代意义更加凸显。推动构建人类命运共同体是我国为维护世界和平与促进共同发展贡献的中国智慧,为改革完善全球治理体系树立的中国方案,为人类文明走向提出的中国主张,为世界和平发展做出新的更大贡献的中国宣言,以高水平开放推动经济全球化健康发展的中国实践。本文认为,新发展阶段我国推动构建人类命运共同体,应坚持维护国际秩序、坚持共建共享、坚持人民至上、坚持系统观念、坚持广泛团结、坚持自信自立,按照从利益共同体到责任共同体再到命运共同体的逻辑路线,将推动构建相互尊重、公平正义、合作共赢的新型国际关系作为主要方向,夯实周边命运共同体,打造“一带一路”命运共同体,坚持真正的多边主义,与各国共同推动全球治理体系改革,不断推动构建人类命运共同走深走实。
At present,the world has entered a new period of turbulence and change,China has entered a new stage of development,and the significance of the times in promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind has become more prominent,which is China’s wisdom to contribute to maintaining world peace and promoting common development,China’s plan for reforming and improving the global governance system,China’s proposition for the direction of human civilization,China’s declaration to make new and greater contributions to world peace and development,and China’s practice of promoting the healthy development of economic globalization with high-level opening-up.This article believes that in the new stage of development,when China promotes the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,it should adhere to the maintenance of international order,adhere to co-construction and sharing,adhere to people’s supremacy,adhere to the systemic concept,adhere to broad unity,and adhere to self-confidence and self-reliance,and follow the logical line from a community of interests to a community of responsibilities and then to a community of values,we will promote the construction of a new type of international relations featuring mutual respect,fairness,justice,and win-win cooperation as the main direction,consolidate the neighborhood community with a shared future,build“the Belt and Road”community with a shared future,and adhere to the true multilateralism,work with other countries to promote the reform of the global governance system,and continue to promote the deepening and practical construction of a shared future for mankind.
