摘要
随着数智技术的飞速发展,数智技术已成为向互助养老赋能的重要引擎。通过文献和资料回顾发现,数智技术在赋能互助养老时,尚存在数智化共识未形成、多元网络协同链接弱、资源有机整合困难、模式创新性探索以及数智产品“适老化”水平不足等困境,限制了数智技术赋能作用的发挥。提出从认知提高与思维转变、能力培养与结构调整、数据共享与资源整合、模式探索与因地制宜、需求响应与深度互联等方面为应对挑战提供科学支持。
With the rapid development of digital intelligence technology,it has become an important engine for empowering mutual aid elderly care.Through literature review and data review,it is found that there are still some difficulties in the process of empowering mutual aid elderly care,such as the lack of digital intelligence consensus,weak collaborative links in multiple networks,difficulties in organic integration of resources,lack of exploration of innovative mode and insufficient“senior-friendly”products of digital intelligence,which limit the role of digital intelligence technology in empowering mutual aid elderly care.It is proposed to provide scientific support for addressing challenges from the aspects of cognitive improvement and mindset change,capacity training and structural adjustment,data sharing and resource integration,model exploration and local adaptation,and demand response and deep interconnection.
