摘要
在面向新工科人才培养的要求下,对企业研究生工作站的管理机制、联合培养的实践路径、在站研究生科研保障等方面进行了实践与探索,建立了研究生工作站管理机构、项目化管理和考核制度,确保了经费投入和研究生在站生活保障等。这些措施促进了校企联合培养模式的有效运行,也提升了新工科人才的工程实践能力。
Facing the requirements of training new engineering talents,the management mechanism of enterprise postgraduate workstation is explored and practiced as well as the practical path of joint training and the scientific research guarantee of students in the station.First of all,the management organization of postgraduate workstation,project management and assessment system are established to ensure the mechanisms of funds investment and living security.These measures not only promote the effective operation of the joint training mode between universities and enterprises,but also ensure the engineering practice ability of new engineering talents.
