摘要
黄元御“一气周流”理论源于古代哲学理论,其认为宇宙本为混沌,阴阳交互,气机交融,故衍生天地万物。气机升降,万物生克,循环始终。追溯古籍,研读《四圣心源》知脏腑、经络皆为一阴一阳交互而成,人体之气如环无端,周流不息,气失周流,则生逆乱,诸症始生。“一气周流”从气机变化的角度阐释机体脏腑生理功能维系的内在本质,运用中气的升降周流变化,将难以理解的医学理论进行多层面、全方位、细致性地阐释。通过对文献典籍的整理和学习,总结不寐病因有三:一为升降失常,肝肺失调;二为斡旋失常,脾胃失调;三为既济失常,心肾失调。以“一气周流”理论为指导,针刺治疗不寐应遵循疏肝肃肺畅气血,升脾降胃合营卫,交通心肾宁神志。
Huang Yuanyu’s theory of“general circulation of unitary qi”originates from the ancient philosophical theory,which holds that the universe is originally chaotic,yin and yang interact,qi and machinery blend together,so the creation of heaven and earth is derived.Ascending and descending of qi movement,so make everything,cycle always,that is,life and death.Tracing ancient books,reading Sisheng Xinyuan to know that the viscera and meridians are formed by the interaction of yin and yang,the human body’s qi is like a ring without end,flow ceaseless,qi loss of flow,then reverse disorder,all kinds of diseases.From the perspective of the changes of qi and organs,“general circulation of unitary qi”explains the intrinsic nature of maintaining the physiological function of viscera in the body,and uses the changes of the ascending and descending of the flow of the middle qi to explain the difficult medical theory in a multi-level,all-round and detailed way.Through the literature and classics collation and study,the authors summed up insomnia causes have three aspects as follows:disorders of ascending and descending,liver and lung disorders,the second is mediation disorder,spleen and stomach disorder,the thirdly is qi disorder,heart and kidney disorder.Under the guidance of the theory of“general circulation of unitary qi”,acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia should follow the principle of dredging liver and lung to smooth qi and blood,raising the spleen and lowering the stomach to joint health,communicating the heart and kidney to the mind.
