摘要
目的系统分析温阳益气法联合西医常规方案治疗中晚期肺癌的有效性和安全性。方法检索CNKI等8大数据库中有关温阳益气法治疗中晚期肺癌的随机对照试验(RCT),检索文献并提取资料后对纳入文献进行质量评价及Meta分析。结果经筛选共纳入7项文献,共447例患者,其中温阳益气法联合西医常规方案(治疗组)235例,西医常规治疗方案(对照组)212例。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组较对照组在临床有效率,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。在临床稳定率、生活质量改善情况,KPS评分上均较对照组有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胃肠道不适症状和骨髓抑制的发生率上均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳益气法联合西医常规治疗方案能明显提高中晚期肺癌患者临床稳定率,改善生活质量,且安全性良好,能够减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To systematically analyze the effectiveness and safety of replenishing qi and warming yang method combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of replenishing qi and warming yang method for advanced lung cancer in 8 databases such as CNKI were searched.After searching the literature and extracting the data,the quality of the included literature was evaluated and meta-analyzed.Results A total of 447 patients were included in 7 literatures,including 235 cases of warm Yang Yiqi combined with conventional Western medicine regimen(treatment group)and 212 cases of conventional Western medicine regimen(control group).The results of meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).The clinical stability rate,quality of life improvement and KPS score were improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms and myelosuppression was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Replenishing qi and warming yang method combined with conventional Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical stability rate of advanced lung cancer patients,improve the quality of life,and be able to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
