摘要
目的对中药口服结合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及安全性进行Meta分析。方法在中国知网(CNKI)医学数据库、万方数据库、重庆维普(VIP)全文数据库和PubMed数据库进行计算机检索,筛选关于中药口服结合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床随机对照试验,根据纳入和排除标准纳入合适的文献,使用RevMan 5.4统计软件对纳入文献的数据进行Meta分析。结果总纳入19篇文献,1513例患者;临床总有效率、肠镜下黏膜评分、CRP水平差异均有统计学意义。结论中药口服结合灌肠治疗效果优于西药美沙拉嗪,中药组相对于西药组而言,在改善肠黏膜、控制炎症方面效果稍优,并且不良反应较少。
Objective To conduct a Meta-analysis on the therapeutic effect and safety of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Computer searches were conducted in the China Knowledge Network(CNKI)medical database,Wanfang database,Chongqing Vip(VIP)full-text database and PubMed database to screen clinical randomized controlled trials on the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Chinese herbal medicine orally combined with Chinese herbal enemas.Meta-analysis was performed.Results A total of 19 literatures were included,involving 1513 patients.The clinical total effective rate,mucosal score under colonoscopy and CRP level,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine enema is more effective than Western medicine mesalazine,and the Chinese medicine group is slightly more effective in improving intestinal mucosa and controlling inflammation,and has fewer adverse effects compared with the Western medicine group.
