摘要
深静脉血栓是一种周围血管疾病,其发病机制复杂,病因不明,临床治疗困难,抗凝、溶栓等药物及手术治疗不良反应明显。中医在防治深静脉血栓方面有独特优势,文章以“玄府”为理论基础,“活血开玄,益气补血”法为治疗基础,国医大师施杞教授经验方活血开玄中药(即加味血府逐瘀汤)为治疗手段,探讨深静脉血栓的中医药治疗,为临床深静脉血栓的中医治疗提供新思路。
Deep vein thrombosis is a peripheral vascular disease with complex pathogenesis,unknown etiology,difficult clinical treatment,and obvious side effects of anti-coagulation,thrombolysis and other drugs and surgical treatments.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in preventing and treating deep vein thrombosis.The article is based on the theory of“Xuanfu”and the method of“activating blood and replenishing blood,replenishing Qi and replenishing blood”as the treatment basis.Professor SHI Qi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,uses the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and replenishing blood(modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction)as a treatment method,explore the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of deep vein thrombosis,and provide new ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of clinical deep vein thrombosis.
