一种面向多轴熔丝制造的自动配准方法

摘要 基于多轴的熔丝制造(Fused Filament Fabrication,FFF)平台,可避免打印支撑的生成,提高打印设备的灵活性,但由于打印场景的复杂多变,很难使用高精度的传感器辅助打印。因此,本文提出一种基于场景感知的面向多轴3D打印的自配准方法,提高多轴FFF的定位精度和灵活性,并简化操作。实验证明:该方法可实现多轴打印过程的自动配准,不仅适用于桌面FFF打印,而且能应用于更大打印尺寸的建筑3D打印领域,辅助大场景范围内的多机协同工作。 Based on the multi-axis Fused Filament Fabrication(FFF)platform,it can avoid the generation of print support and improve the flexibility of printing equipment,but due to the complex and varied printing scene,it is difficult to use high-precision sensor-assisted printing.Therefore,this paper proposes a self-registration method for multi-axis 3D printing based on scene awareness to improve the positioning accuracy and flexibility of multi-axis FFF,and simplify the operation.Experimental results show that this method can realize automatic registration of multi-axis printing process,which is not only suitable for desktop FFF printing,but also can be applied to the field of building 3D printing with larger print size,and assist multi-machine collaboration in the scope of large scenes.
