摘要
介绍了硫酸法钛白粉的生产工艺、废水的产生情况和治理措施,重点介绍了广西佑灿新材料有限公司新建设的膜分离法处理硫酸法钛白粉生产废水回用系统的工艺流程、主要设备及产水水质控制要求,并对影响超滤膜性能和反渗透膜性能的因素进行了分析。基于膜分离技术的废水回用系统用于硫酸法钛白粉生产废水的处理,可以大幅降低工艺水的消耗量和废水的排放量,实现节能减排。
The production process,wastewater generation and treatment measures of sulphuric acid titanium dioxide are introduced,with a focus on the process flow,main equipment and water quality control requirements of the membrane separation method for treating sulphuric acid titanium dioxide production wastewater reuse system newly constructed by Guangxi Youcan New Material Co.,Ltd.The factors affecting the performance of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis membranes are analyzed.The wastewater reuse system based on membrane separation technology can be used for the treatment of wastewater from sulphuric acid titanium dioxide production,which can significantly reduce the consumption of process water and wastewater discharge,achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.
