摘要
目的对鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗周围神经损伤(PNI)全球研究热点进行可视化分析并了解其发展现状。方法检索2000-01-01-2022-09-01科学网(WOS)数据库中mNGF治疗PNI的英文文献并进行可视化分析。结果共检索到mNGF治疗PNI相关文献7497篇,全球发文量逐年增加,其中美国发文量最多(2459篇),其次是中国(1767篇)和日本(643篇),神经科学杂志发文量和被引率最多(205篇,被引21514次),加州大学是发文量最多的机构(295篇),美国卫生与公众服务部是得到基金资助最多的机构(1477项),Wang Y是发文量最多的作者(97篇)。目前该领域研究热点为神经导管开发并用于补充或替代自体神经移植的研究。结论mNGF治疗周围神经损伤全球关注度逐渐提高,美国和中国目前在该研究领域居于核心地位,但中国国际合作较少,应加大与其他国家交流合作频次,取得更多创新性研究成果,目前主要研究热点词是神经导管、雪旺细胞(SCs)、间充质干细胞、基因组学,未来研究热点可能集中在创新药物及基因组学差异的特性相关研究方面。
Objective To visualize and analyze the global research hotspots of mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury and understand its current development status.Methods English literature on the treatment of nerve injury with mNGF from the Web of Science database was retrieved from January 1,2000to September 1,2022,and visual analysis was conducted.Results A total of 7497articles related to the treatment of peripheral nerve injury by mNGF were retrieved.The number of articles published worldwide increased year by year,with the largest number of articles published in the United States(2459),followed by China(1767)and Japan(643).The number of articles published and cited rate was the largest in Journal of Neurolsciences(205,21514times cited).The University of California system was the institution with the largest number of articles(295).The US Department of Health and Human Services was the institution with the most funding(1477),and Wang Y was the author has the highest number of publications(97).At present,the research hotspot in this field was the development of neural conduits and their use to supplement or replace autologous nerve transplantation.Conclusions The global attention to the treatment of peripheral nerve injury with mNGF is gradually increasing.The United States and China are currently at the core of this research field,but China has limited international cooperation and should increase the frequency of communication and cooperation with other countries to achieve more innovative research results.Currently,the main research hotspots are neural ducts,Schwann cells,mesenchymal stem cells,genomics.Future research hotspots may focus on the characteristics related to innovative drugs and genomic differences.
