摘要
EPC工程总承包模式集设计、采购、施工于一体,项目衔接性好,在各种大型项目中得到了广泛应用。工程总承包商为了降低项目建设成本,提高市场竞争力,必须加强成本管理。文章从EPC工程总承包项目的概念出发,并结合某机关备勤房建设项目,分析EPC工程总承包项目成本管理存在的问题,并提出相应对策,旨在为EPC工程总承包项目成本管理的实际应用提供参考。
EPC engineering general contracting mode integrates design,procurement and construction,with good project connectivity.It has been widely used in various large-scale projects.In order to reduce the project construction cost and improve the market competitiveness,the engineering general contractor must strengthen the cost management.Starting from the concept of EPC engineering general contracting project,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of EPC engineering general contracting project combined with a government agency's backup room construction project,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming at providing reference for the practical application of cost management of EPC engineering general contracting project.
