摘要
可持续发展是企业持续追求的重要目标之一,如何更好的实现可持续发展是企业关注的重要内容。在外部环境起伏变动的背景下,企业面临应对保证可持续发展的挑战,而提升组织柔性和组织韧性成为企业适应和应对复杂环境,进而实现可持续发展的突破口。本文从企业可持续发展的视角出发,深入探究组织柔性和组织韧性的区别与联系,并提出两者非对称整合的可能途径,以期为企业可持续发展提供相关理论借鉴。
Sustainable development is one of the important goals for enterprises to pursue continuously,and how to better realize the sustainable development is an important concern of enterprises.Under the background of a fluctuating external environment,enterprises are facing the challenge of ensuring sustainable development,and improving organizational flexibility and organizational resilience has become a breakthrough for enterprises to adapt to and cope with the complex environment,and then achieve sustainable development.From the perspective of enterprise sustainable development,this paper explores the differences and connections between organizational flexibility and organizational resilience,and proposes possible ways of asymmetric integration of the two,to provide a relevant theoretical reference for enterprise sustainable development.
