摘要
夏洛莱牛是我国引入新疆地区进行繁育的优良肉牛新品种,以其出色的肉质和生长性能而闻名于世。经过50多年的遗传繁育改良,已经基本适应当地优良的放牧条件,形成具备本土特色的生产性能优良、遗传性能稳定的夏洛莱牛杂交新类群。然而也存在遗传性状退化、父本品种混乱等问题。该文通过对新疆夏洛莱肉牛种质资源现状进行分析,分析存在的问题和挑战,提出一系列保护和利用措施,以促进夏洛莱肉牛的可持续发展。
Shilolai cattle is an excellent new breed of beef cattle introduced into Xinjiang,which is famous for its excellent meat quality and growth performance.After more than 50 years of genetic breeding and improvement,it has basically adapted to the excellent local grazing conditions and formed a new cross-breed group of Charolai cattle with excellent production performance and stable genetic performance with local characteristics.However,there are also some problems such as degeneration of genetic traits and confusion of paternal varieties.This paper analyzed the current situation of Xinjiang Shilolai beef germplasm resources,analyzed the existing problems and challenges,and put forward a series of protection and utilization measures to promote the sustainable development of Shilolai beef cattle.
