摘要
为推动广西兴宾区牛养殖业的发展,来宾市兴宾区畜牧站在兴宾区开展了300例黄牛同期发情和人工授精集成应用推广试验,同期发情处理方案采用广西盈佰春新材料科技有限公司同期发情(生源2+1)方案。该方案黄牛情期受胎率86.0%、产犊率84.0%,普通人工授精受胎率79.1%、产犊率77.0%,受胎率、产犊率显著提高。药物成本降至50元/头,适合进行大面积推广。
In order to promote the development of cattle breeding industry in Xingbin District,the Livestock Station of Xingbin District,Laibin City conducted an integrated promotion experiment of 300 cases of synchronized estrus and artificial insemination of yellow cattle in Xingbin District.The synchronized estrus treatment plan adopts the synchronized estrus(source 2+1)plan of Guangxi Yingbaichun New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.It was found that the conception rate and calving rate of the yellow cattle during the estrus period were 86.0%and 84.0%.The pregnancy rate and calving rate of conventional artificial insemination were 79.1%and 77.0%,respectively.The conception rate and calving rate were significantly increased.The cost of the drug has been reduced to 50 yuan per head,making it suitable for large-scale promotion.
