摘要
为保证架桥机安装、拆除安全与效率,提高项目建设的综合效益,文章依托中山至开平高速公路中山段二期桥梁工程施工实践,针对公路桥梁项目施工阶段架桥机安装及拆除方案展开综合探究,论述了架桥机安装及拆除方案编制原则,分析了架桥机拼装施工技术要点,总结了架桥机验收及试吊要求,并提出了架桥机拆除工艺流程及注意事项,旨在为今后此类工程施工提供参考。
In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the bridge erecting machine installation and demolition and improve the comprehensive benefits of the project construction,this paper relies on the bridge engineering construction practice of the second phase of Zhongshan section on Zhongshan-Kaiping Expressway,and conducts a comprehensive exploration on the installation and demolition scheme of the bridge erecting machine during the construction phase of the highway bridge project.The preparation principles of the installation and demolition scheme of the bridge erecting machine are discussed,the key technical points for the assembly construction of the bridge erecting machine are analyzed,the requirements for the acceptance and trial lifting of the bridge erecting machine are summarized,and the process flow and precautions for the demolition of the bridge erecting machine are put forward,aiming to provide reference for the construction of such engineering in the future.
