摘要
全面抗战爆发后,为了适应主要矛盾的转化,解决革命中遇到的困难和问题,加强党的作风建设,新四军和华中抗日根据地开展了广泛的调查研究工作,形成了很多有影响的调查报告。这些报告反映了军队建设、根据地的风土人情及党在根据地的各项工作。新四军和华中抗日根据地的调查研究人员通过开展专题调研,深入群众,深入基层,将普遍性与典型性相结合,全面客观地开展调查研究,并在调研中透过现象看本质,注重调查策略。调查研究的开展,为政策的调整及转变提供了依据,克服了工作中的困难,推动了各项政策的执行,并提高了干部的工作能力。
After the outbreak of the all-out War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,in line with the transformation of major contradictions,to solve the difficulties and problems in the revolution,and improve Party conduct,the New Fourth Army and the Anti-Japanese Base Area in central China carried out extensive investiga⁃tions and research,producing many influential reports,which covered military building,local customs and condi⁃tions,and the Party’s work in the base area.The investigators went down to the people and the primary level to car⁃ry out specialized research and studies.They combined general inquiries with typical ones,did thorough,objective research and studies;they attached great importance to research strategies and methods and got down to the crux of issues.The research work provided a basis for policy adjustment and change,enabled them to overcome difficul⁃ties,promoted the implementation of various policies,and improved the abilities of the officials.They are still of sig⁃nificance for the new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects.
