摘要
建筑工程造价管理是一项系统性的工作。在工程造价管理阶段,采取科学有效的方法,对提升造价控制效果有着积极作用。而目前的工程造价管理中还存在一些问题,影响企业的经济效益。因此,文章结合实际,对建筑工程造价创新管理措施进行了分析,通过引入新的管理理念、技术和方法,以期促进建筑工程项目成本控制和效率提升,给建筑企业的发展奠定基础。
Cost management of construction projects is a systematic task.In the stage of engineering cost management,adopting scientific and effective methods plays a positive role in improving the effectiveness of cost control.However,there are still some problems in the current engineering cost management that affect the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,the article analyzes the innovative management measures for construction project cost based on reality,and introduces new management concepts,technologies,and methods to promote cost control and efficiency improvement of construction projects,laying a foundation for the development of construction enterprises.
