摘要
为了减少海上航行事故的发生,保证船舶安全航行,本文基于WebGIS,设计并开发了一种船舶安全信息系统。该系统主要对船舶航行中的航行安全、设备安全、人员和货品安全进行数据采集和信息监测,同时也关注了对应急事件的处理。为了对传统的遗传算法进行改进,对种群进行了优化,实验结果表明,该系统能够实现预计的安全信息采集和监测,改进后的遗传算法在一定程度上缩短了定位时间,提高了定位精度,为船舶的安全航行提供更为有力地保证。
In order to reduce the occurrence of maritime accidents and ensure the safe navigation of ships,this paper designs and develops a ship safety information system based on WebGIS.The system mainly carries out data collection and information monitoring for navigation safety,equipment safety,personnel and goods safety during ship navigation,and also pays attention to the handling of emergency incidents.In order to improve the traditional genetic algorithm and optimize the population,the experimental results show that the system can realize the predicted safety information collection and monitor-ing,and the improved genetic algorithm can shorten the positioning time to a certain extent,improve the positioning accur-acy,and provide a more powerful guarantee for the safe navigation of ships.
