摘要
概述了量子力学的历史,介绍了薛定谔方程及其波函数的解释、泡利不相容原理、海森堡测不准原理,对海森堡测不准原理使用样本数值计算来说明。简要讨论了量子效应在计量学中的应用、介绍和比较了传统标准和量子标准的精度和分辨率的限制,并论述了量子效应在新国际单位制中的作用。虽然量子效应的应用范围广泛,但因为其理论性较强,难于被大众所理解,体现在2018版SI中存在诸多的缺点和不足。最后,展望了量子计量学广阔的发展前景。
The history of quantum mechanics is outlined and the fundamental formulas:the Schrödinger equation with the interpretation of the wave function,the Pauli exclusion principle,and the Heisenberg uncertainty principle are presented.The latter is illustrated with sample numerical calculations using this principle.The application of quantum effects in metrology,and present and compare the limits of accuracy and resolution of classical and quantum standards are briefly discussed.The role of quantum effects in the new International System of Units are discussed as well.Although quantum effects have a wide range of applications,it is difficult to be understood by the public as it is strongly theoretical,which is reflected in many shortcomings in the 2018 version of SI.Finally,development of quantum metrology are prospected.
