摘要 以含耦合电感的三相五电平脉宽调制(PWM)整流器为对象,在进行拓扑工作状态分析和数学建模的基础上,针对三相五电平整流器开关矢量多、冗余开关矢量选取复杂、传统有限集模型预测电流控制(FCS-MPC)实现困难等问题,提出结合空间矢量调制和开关序列设计的改进模型预测控制方法。利用该方法,完成了三相五电平整流器模型预测控制系统设计。与传统PI电流控制相比,改进模型预测电流控制不需要复杂的参数整定,提高了三相五电平整流器的动态响应速度。此外,采用零序电压注入法进行相间功率平衡控制,解决了线路阻抗参数、开关管参数、负载参数等差异引起的直流侧电压不平衡问题。仿真和实验结果证明了所提控制方法的有效性和正确性。 Taking the three-phase five-level pulse width modulation(PWM)rectifier with coupled inductance as the object,on the basis of the topology working state analysis and mathematical modeling,the three-phase five-level rectifier has many switching vectors and redundant.Due to the complication of selecting redundant switching vectors and the difficulty of implementing traditional finite set model predictive current control(FCS-MPC),an improved model predictive control method combining space vector modulation and switching sequence design is proposed.Using this method,the design of a three-phase five-level rectifier model predictive control system was completed.Compared with the traditional PI current control,the improved model predictive current control does not require complex parameter tuning,and improves the dynamic response speed of the three-phase five-level rectifier.In addition,the zero-sequence voltage injection method was used for phase-to-phase power balance control,which solves the problem of DC side voltage imbalance caused by differences in line impedance parameters,switch tube parameters,and load parameters.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed control method.
