摘要
汽车车内使用到大量塑料作为装饰材料,塑料的气味特性直接影响整车的气味特征。测试的四种材料中,定制的低气味配方具有较好的气味特性;使用FID测试气体的总挥发物无法直接反映待测塑料样品的气味差异,也无法对塑料样品的气味进行很好的管控;使用GC-MS可以对塑料的挥发物进行分离、定性和定量,但是由于设备特征,测试的主要物质为烷烃,无法有效地溯源和指导整改;GC-IMS可以屏蔽气体中的烷烃类物质,对更低气味阈值的组分有更好的响应,通过可视化图谱可以很好地反馈产品间气味物质的差异,检测到的气味物质结果可以帮助企业进行有效整改;气味问题是复杂的多维度问题,目前使用一种测试手段去解决还比较困难,需要借助多种测试方法相互配合去解决气味问题。
A large amount of plastic is used as decorative materials inside vehicles,and the odor characteristics of the plastic directly affect the odor characteristics of the entire vehicle.Among the four materials tested,the customized low-odor formula had better odor char⁃acteristics.The use of FID to test the total volatile matter in the sample under test cannot directly reflect the odor differences in the plastic sample under test.Nor can it effectively control the smell of plastic samples.Using GC-MS can separate,qualitatively and quantitatively analyze volatile substances in plastics,but due to the characteristics of the equipment,the main substances tested are mainly alkanes,which cannot effectively trace their origins and guide rectification.GC-IMS can shield alkanes in the gas and has a better response to components with lower odor thresholds.Through visual spectroscopy,it can provide good feedback on the differences in odor components between prod⁃ucts,and the detected odor components can help companies to make effective improvements.The odor problem is a complex and multidi⁃mensional one.Currently,it is difficult to solve the odor problem using a single testing method,and multiple testing methods need to be com⁃bined to solve the problem.
