高校学科交叉科研平台建设的现实困境与路径选择 被引量:2

The Realistic Dilemma and Path Selection of the Construction of Interdisciplinary Research Platforms in Universities

摘要 随着时代发展,科学研究和技术创新的要求越来越高,组织形式越来越复杂,涉及学科越来越多,单一学科已经很难支撑重大科学研究的开展和关键核心技术的攻关,学科交叉研究的重要性日益凸显。建设学科交叉科研平台是促进学科交叉的重要举措,能够为学科交叉研究提供基础保障,并持续提供载体支撑。很多高校学科交叉科研平台建设还处在起步阶段,亟须国家、社会和高校协同推进。高校应当通过合理布局学科交叉科研平台体系、树牢教师和团队学科交叉意识、开放建设学科交叉科研平台、结合自身学科特点建设学科交叉科研平台、通过考核评估激励学科交叉科研平台等对策建设学科交叉科研平台,进而提高学科交叉能力和学科建设水平。 With the development of the times,the requirements for scientific research and technological innovation are higher and higher,and the organizational form is increasingly complex,involving more and more disciplines.It is difficult for a single discipline to support the major scientific research and key core technologies,and the importance of interdisciplinary research is becoming increasingly prominent.Building interdisciplinary research platforms is an important measure to promote interdisciplinary research,which can provide basic support for interdisciplinary research and continuously offer carrier support.In many universities,the construction of interdisciplinary research platforms is still in its infancy,and there is an urgent need for the coordinated promotion of the state,society,and universities.Universities should establish interdisciplinary research platforms through such countermeasures as rationally arranging the platform system,cultivating the interdisciplinary awareness of teachers and teams,opening up and constructing the platforms,combining their own disciplinary characteristics to build the platforms,and stimulating the platforms through assessment and evaluation,so as to improve the interdisciplinary ability and level of discipline construction.
