摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸、无编码蛋白能力的RNA。近年来,lncRNA受到越来越多的关注,关于lncRNA的研究层出不穷,但是其在畜禽上的研究尚处于起步阶段。本文总结了lncRNA在表观遗传、转录和转录后水平上的作用机制,综述了lncRNA在猪、牛、羊和鸡等4种主要畜禽肌肉发育及脂肪形成中的研究进展,并对lncRNA在畜禽育种中的应用进行了展望,以期为提高我国畜禽生产性能、加快畜禽经济性状基因改良和畜禽育种进程提供理论基础。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a class of RNA defined as RNA greater than 200 nucleotides in length and without the ability to encode proteins.lncRNA has received increasing attention in recent years,and research on lncRNA has proliferated,but the study of lncRNA in livestock and poultry is stilin its infancy.In this article,we summarize the mechanisms of lncRNA at epigenetic,transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels,review the research progress of lncRNA in muscle development and fat formation in live-stock and poultry(four major livestock species:pigs,catle,sheep and chicken),and provide an outlook on the application of IncRNAs in livestock and poultry breeding.It is expected to provide theoretical basis for improving the production performance of live-stock and poultry and speeding up the process of genetic improvement of economic traits and breeding of livestock and poultry.
