摘要
目的:观察经皮冠状动脉内支架置入术(PCI)术前应用普萘洛尔对冠心病心绞痛患者血清心肌损伤标志物和不良事件发生的影响。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年2月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者142例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=72)和对照组(n=70)。两组均行PCI手术,对照组于术前术后给予常规药物治疗,观察组于术前应用普萘洛尔,比较两组临床疗效、心肌损伤标志物及不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的81.43%(P<0.05);两组术后CK-MB、LDH水平低于术前,cTnT水平高于术前,且观察组CK-MB、LDH、cTnT水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为4.17%,低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。结论:PCI术前应用普萘洛尔可有效提高冠心病心绞痛患者术后疗效,减轻PCI造成的心肌损伤,防止术后不良事件的发生。
Objective:To observe the effect of propranolol on serum myocardial injury markers and adverse events in patients with angina pectoris before percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 142 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital as the research objects between August 2020 and February 2022.They were divided into observation group(n=72)and control group(n=70).PCI was performed in both groups.The control group was given routine drug treatment before and after the operation.The observation group was given propranolol before the operation.The clinical efficacy,myocardial injury markers and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 81.43%of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of CK-MB,LDH and cTnT in the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation,and the levels of CK-MB,LDH and cTnT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.17%,lower than 14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of propranolol before PCI can effectively improve postoperative curative effect,reduce myocardial injury induced by PCI and prevent the occurrence of postoperative adverse events in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
