摘要
中国特色大国外交形象的建构有助于更好地维护国家主权、安全与发展利益,为中国外交实践创造良好的国际舆论环境。外交形象由建立在国家实力与地位基础上的刚性形象与建立在吸引力与亲和力基础上的柔性形象所构成,从主客体塑造的角度存在“自塑”与“他塑”形象之分,从国内外公众认知的角度存在内外形象之分。建立在跨学科多元理论基础上的“实力—身份—话语”三维是外交形象生成的关键环节,彼此间存在相互制约、相互影响与相互转化的紧密关系。实力外交、国家身份与话语传播分别是外交形象建构的实践基础、方向依托与桥梁媒介。建构中国特色大国外交形象,需要加强“外交形象学”的学科建设和系统研究,掌握对实力外交、大国身份的叙事主动权,以“柔实力”概念超越西方软硬实力二元区分的困境,以大国和平负责任社会性内涵超越单一的权力性内涵,大力发展媒介化公共外交,建构融通中外的外交话语体系与战略传播体系。只有充分把握与协调好“实力—身份—话语”的三维互动机理,以实力为基础,以身份为依托,以话语为媒介,从“三维一体”的联系性与整体性视角出发,才能更好地塑造立体、全面、真实的中国外交形象。
The construction of the diplomatic image of major-country with Chinese characteristics is conducive to better safeguarding national sovereignty,security,and development interests,and creates a good international public opinion for China's diplomatic practice.The diplomatic image is composed of a hard image based on national strength and status and a gentle image based on attractiveness and affinity.There exists the difference between"self-shaping"and"other shaping"images,as well as the difference between internal and external image.Based on interdisciplinary and diverse theories,"Strength-Identity-Discourse"are the most important three dimensions that affect the generation of diplomatic image,with close relationships of mutual constraints,influence,and transformation.Strength diplomacy,national identity,and discourse communication are the practical foundation,direction,and bridge of China's diplomatic image construction.In order to build a good diplomatic image of major-country with Chinese characteristics,we need to strengthen the discipline construction and systematic research of"diplomatic image study,"to master the discourse initiative of gentle strength(roushili)diplomacy and major-country(daguo)identity,to transcend the dilemma of the dual distinction between soft and hard power in the West with the concept of gentle strength,to transcend the single power logic with the social connotation of peace and responsibility in the concept of major-country,and to vigorously develop mediated public diplomacy,construct diplomatic discourse system and strategic communication system that integrates China and foreign countries.Only by fully grasping and coordinating the three-dimensional interaction mechanism of"Strength-Identity-Discourse,"can we better shape a three-dimensional,comprehensive,and authentic image of China's diplomacy.
