摘要
目的 通过论文产出视角对河南省肿瘤医院近十年的科研发展水平进行评价,探讨医院科研水平的提升策略。方法 以中国知网(CNKI)为主要数据源,对2013—2022年河南省肿瘤医院(郑州大学附属肿瘤医院)发表的科技论文,从论文发文量、基金论文数量、核心期刊收录、作者分布、学科分布、被引频次、下载频次、H指数等方面进行分析。结果 2013—2022年河南省肿瘤医院在国内期刊发表科技论文5 158篇,其中基金论文2 070篇,基金论文占比40.13%;核心期刊发文量1 802篇,核心期刊发文占比34.94%。基金论文中部省级基金占比相对较多,占54.15%,国家级基金第二,占34.83%。10年总发文量、基金论文量、核心期刊发文量均呈波浪上升趋势。发表论文最多的作者是宋永平(251篇);发表论文最多的学科是肿瘤学(3 018篇)。除专家共识外,论文被引频次最多的是曹小琴的“食管癌发病水平及变化趋势”,被引频次为172次,下载频次为1 768次。发文量前40名的作者中h指数排名第一为孙喜斌(h指数21)。结论 河南省肿瘤医院在肿瘤学科建设方面有较强实力,科研实力逐年增强。基于此,医学科研管理部门应出台更完善的激励政策,促使医务人员增强科研意识,以高质量科研带动优质论文的发表,进而推动临床诊疗水平高质量发展,提升核心竞争力。
Objective To evaluate the scientific research development level of Henan Cancer Hospital in recent ten years through the perspective of the scientific research level of the paper.Methods Using China National Knowledge Infrastruc⁃ture(CNKI)as the main data source,the scientific and technological papers published by Henan Cancer Hospital(The Cancer Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University)from^(2)013 to 2022 were analyzed from the number of papers published,number of fund papers,core journals collection,distribution of authors,subject distribution,citation frequency,download frequency,H index and other aspects.Results From^(2)013 to 2022,Henan Cancer Hospital published 5158 scientific pa⁃pers in domestic journals,including 2070 fund papers,fund papers accounting for 40.13%;1802 core journals,and ac⁃count for 34.94%.The proportion of provincial-level funds in funding papers is relatively high,accounting for 54.15%,and the second highest among national level funds,accounting for 34.83%.The total number of publications in the past 10 years,the number of funded papers,and the number of publications in core journals have all shown a wave upward trend.The author of the most published papers was Song Yongping(251);The most published subject was oncology(3018).In addition to the consensus of experts,the most cited paper was Cao Xiaoqin's"incidence level and change trend of esopha⁃geal cancer",the cited frequency was 172 times and the download frequency was 1768.Sun Xibin ranks first in the h in⁃dex among the top 40 authors in terms of publication volume(h index 21).Conclusion Henan Cancer Hospital has a strong strength in the construction of oncology discipline,and its scientific research strength has been enhanced year by year.Based on this,the administrative department of medical research should introduce more perfect incentive policies to encourage medical staff to enhance the awareness of scientific research,promote the publication of high-quality papers with high-quality scientific research,and then promo
