摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求。社会主义现代化建设进入新发展阶段,县域在推进共同富裕方面取得了一定成就,但也存在着发展水平差距大、资源配置不均衡、社会治理现代化水平不足的问题。县域作为经济社会发展的基本单元、连结城乡的枢纽,是实现经济增长、打破区域不平衡、推进共同富裕的重要阵地。为解决现存问题,应对县域经济基础薄弱、发展内生动力不足、基础设施建设滞后、城乡资源要素流动受阻、人口结构失衡等挑战,可以从产业优化、协同发展、城乡融合、共享发展、可持续发展等方面探索县域共同富裕的实践路径。这对扎实推动共同富裕、推进中国式现代化有着重要意义。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.As the construction of socialist modernization has entered a new stage of development,counties have made certain achievements in promoting common prosperity.However,there are also problems of wide disparities in the level of development,unbalanced allocation of resources and insufficient modernization of social governance.As the basic units of economic and social development and the hubs linking urban and rural areas,counties are important positions for realizing economic growth,breaking regional imbalances and promoting common prosperity.In order to solve the existing problems and cope with the challenges of weak economic foundation,insufficient endogenous impetus for development,backward infrastructure construction,hindered flow of urban and rural resources and factors,and imbalanced demographic structure in the counties,exploring practical paths of common prosperity in the counties from the perspective of industrial optimization,coordinated development,integration of urban and rural areas,and shared development,sustainable development,etc.,is of great significance in promoting common prosperity and accelerating the Chinese path to modernization.
