摘要
数字经济与产业绿色高质量发展耦合协调是推动中国经济实现高质量发展的必然选择。文章基于2008—2020年中国31个省份相关数据,利用熵权法、耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数及其分解、随机效应面板Tobit模型对数字经济和产业绿色高质量发展的耦合协调度的时空趋势、区域差异和影响因素进行分析。研究发现:中国数字经济与产业绿色高质量发展的耦合协调度整体呈稳定上升态势;四大地区异质性特征明显;两大系统总体空间差异呈缓慢下降态势,东部地区区域内空间差异最大,东-西、东-东北、东-中区域间差异较大,超变密度是造成区域空间差异的主要来源;经济发展水平、技术创新、环境规制、金融水平、对外开放度和地方政府财政支出对区域耦合协调发展的影响具有差异。
The coupling coordination between digital economy and industrial green high-quality development is an inevitable choice to promote China’s high-quality development.Based on the relevant data of 31 provinces in China from 2008 to 2020,this paper uses entropy weight method,coupling coordination degree model,Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,and random effects panel Tobit model to analyze the spatiotemporal trends,regional differences and influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and industrial green high-quality development.The study results go as below:The coupling coordination degree between digital economy and industrial green high-quality development shows a steady upward trend in China.The heterogeneity of the four regions is obvious.The overall spatial differences of the two systems show a slow decline trend,and the spatial differences in the eastern region are the largest,while in the east-west,east-northeast and east-middle regions,the differences are large.The supervariable density is the main source of regional spatial differences.Economic development level,technological innovation,environmental regulation,financial level,openness degree and local government financial expenditure have different influences on regional coupling and coordinated development.
