摘要
在归纳我国北斗三号卫星导航系统技术特点的基础上,提出了北斗在智慧边海防中应用和建设思路。区分陆防和海防,分析了北斗在边境勤务管理、边境管控、应急通信和海上维权执法管控中的船舶导航定位、身份识别认证、综合态势监控、安全信息广播、海上遇险报警及搜救等方面的北斗智能业务应用,并就北斗与5G、AI、物联网、大数据的融合应用前景进行分析和展望。
On the base of summarizing the technical characteristics of BDS-3 Satellite Navigation System.This paper studies and puts forward the construction idea of Beidou satellite navigation system in intelligent border and coastal defence.According to the distinction of border defense and costal defense,the paper gave a detailed introduction of several applications of Beidou system.For example the duty management,border control and emergency communication of land border,and ship navigation and positioning,identification authentication,integrated situation monitoring,security information broadcasting,maritime distress alarming,searching and rescuing of maritime rights protection,law enforcement and control.And the paper also analyzed and prospected the confluent application of Beidou with 5G,AI,the Internet of Things and Bid Data.
