摘要
目的 探讨双下肢气压治疗联合低分子肝素钙对预防剖宫产术后深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法 选取2020年4月-2022年6月本院收治的260例剖宫产术后深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,运用信封法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各130例,其中对照组实施常规的预防治疗,观察组患者实施双下肢气压联合低分子肝素钙进行治疗,比较两组在临床中的治疗效果。结果 观察组在手术实施后的5d FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05),术后5d TT、PT、APTT水平高于对照组(P>0.05);术后5d观察组患者ESR、HBV、LBV等血液流变学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),PV水平低于对照组(P>0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 研究发现实施双下肢气压联合低分子肝素钙进行剖宫术后深静脉血栓的预防,具有良好的应用效果,能够对患者的血流状态进行改善,并且不会对患者的凝血功能产生影响,建议临床推广。
Objective The paper analyzed clinical effect of double lower limb air pressure combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in prevention of deep vein thrombosis after caesarean section.Methods The paper chose 260 patients in our hospital from April 2020 to June 2022,and divided them into two groups with envelope method,with 130 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine preventive treatment,while observation group with lower limb pressure combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium for treatment.Clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results FIB levels in observation group were lower than control group on the 5th day after surgery(P<0.05),levels of TT,PT,and APTT were higher than control group on the 5th day after surgery(P>0.05).ESR,HBV,LBV and other Hemorheology indexes 5 days after operation were lower than control group(P<0.05),PV level was lower than control group(P>0.05).Life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Study found,double lower limb air pressure combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium can achieve good application effect in prevention of deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section,can improve blood flow status of patients,not affecting coagulation function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
