摘要
目的 分析多层螺旋CT在主动脉夹层动脉瘤临床诊断中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年9月-2021年9月间在本院接受多层螺旋CT检查的40例患者。分别对患者实施数字减影血管造影(digitalsubtraction angiography, DSA)检查与多层螺旋CT血管成像(multi-slice spiral CT angiography, MS-CTA)检查,对患者两组检查结果进行分析对比。结果 MS-CTA检查结果显示,40例患者中Debakey分型为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型与Ⅲ型的患者分别有5例、6例、29例,患者主动脉夹层血管病变情况、累及范围、血栓形成情况与管壁钙化情况显示清晰,整体诊断效果优于DSA检查。结论 多层螺旋CT技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床诊断中具有良好的应用表现,对于主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者是一种可靠的诊断方案。
Objective to analyze clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of aortic dissection aneurysms.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with multi-slice spiral CT examination in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021,treated with digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and multi-slice spiral CT angiography(MS-CTA)examinations respectively,analyzed and compared examination results between two groups.Results MS-CTA examination showed,there were 5 cases,6 cases and 29 cases of Debakey's typeⅠ,typeⅡand typeⅢamong 40 patients respectively.Vascular lesion,involved scope,thrombosis and wall calcification of aortic dissection was clearly displayed,overall diagnostic effect was better than DSA.Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT can achieve good application in clinical diagnosis of aortic dissection aneurysms,which is a reliable diagnostic scheme for patients with aortic dissection aneurysms.
