摘要
目的 探究聚焦解决护理模式对尿毒症透析患者疲乏与衰弱的影响。方法 选取2020年9月-2022年8月于本院就诊的62例行透析治疗的尿毒症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采取聚焦解决护理干预,使用中文版Piper疲乏评估量表(Revised Piper Fatigue Scale,RPFS)、FRAIL量表(Fatigue、Resistance、Ambulation、Illness、Loss of weight)和肾脏病生活质量简明量表(Kidney Disease Quality of Life short form,KDQOL-TM36)比较两组患者干预前和干预3个月后的疲乏程度、衰弱状态和生活质量。结果 干预前,两组患者的RPFS得分、FRAIL量表得分和KDQOL-TM36得分均无明显差异(P>0.05);与干预前相比,两组患者干预后的RPFS得分和FRAIL量表得分降低,KDQOL-TM36得分提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,与对照组相比,观察组患者的RPFS得分和FRAIL量表得分更低,KDQOL-TM36得分更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 聚焦解决护理模式应用于长期行透析治疗的尿毒症患者中,能够有效减轻患者的疲乏感和虚弱状况感,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore effect of focused solution nursing mode on fatigue and weakness of uremia patients with dialysis.Methods The paper chose 62 cases uremia patients with dialysis in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and observation group with focused nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Fatigue level,frailty status and life quality was compared between two groups before and after 3 months of intervention with Chinese version of the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS),FRAIL scale(Fatigue,Resistance,Ambulation,Illness,Loss of weight)and kidney disease life quality short form(KDQOL-TM36).Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference for RPFS scores,FRAIL scale scores and KDQOL-TM36 scores between two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before intervention,RPFS scores and FRAIL scale scores of two groups after intervention decreased,while KDQOL-TM36 scores increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,observation group had lower RPFS scores and FRAIL scale scores,and higher KDQOL-TM36 scores than control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution nursing mode can effectively reduce fatigue and weakness,and improve life quality of uremia patients with long-term dialysis treatment.
