摘要
生命质量量表是评价患者生命健康的核心测量工具。量表测评结果可以反映出患者的生理和心理等方面的健康状况,其内容可作为衡量标准加入临床治疗评估中。使用一种适宜的生命质量评定量表不仅可以为医护人员实施以人为本的整体治疗方案提供依据,更有助于医疗与护理质量的整体性提高。本文通过回顾和整理文献的方式整理分析维持性血液透析患者使用的量表,以期为维持性血液透析患者生命质量评定量表的选择和新量表的研制提供参考。
Life quality scale is a core measurement tool to evaluate life and health of patients,the results can reflect physical and psychological health status of patients,its content can be added as measurement standard of clinical treatment evaluation.A suitable life quality assessment scale can provide a for medical staff to carry out people-oriented overall treatment plan,contribute to overall improvement of medical and nursing quality.the article reviews and analyzes the scales for maintenance hemodialysis patients through literature review and organization,to provide reference for selection of life quality assessment scales for maintenance hemodialysis patients and development of new scales.
