摘要
血栓形成、脂质负荷、神经自噬、炎症与血脑屏障破坏被认为是急性缺血性脑卒中发病的重要因素,近年来Rab蛋白在以上过程中发挥的作用备受学者关注。Rab蛋白家族是Rab基因所编码的效应蛋白,属于Ras超家族中的一组重要分支,通过调控细胞外囊泡转运影响血栓形成及神经功能,在急性缺血性卒中发病机制中发挥重要作用,本文就Rab蛋白家族在急性缺血性卒中中的作用及研究现状进行综述。
Thrombosis,lipid load,autophagy,inflammation and blood–brain barrier destruction is considered to be important factors during pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke.in recent years,effect of Rab protein in above process has attracted attention of scholars.Rab protein family is an effector protein encoded by Rab gene,which belongs to one of important branches of Ras superfamily,which plays an important role in pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke by regulating extracellular vesicle transport to affect thrombosis and neurological function.the article reviews research status of Rab protein family for acute ischemic stroke.
