摘要
准确检测绝缘子热缺陷有助于保障电力系统稳定运行。为解决绝缘子定位困难、热缺陷检测不准确等问题,提出了基于温度色彩模型映射的绝缘子热缺陷识别与检测算法。基于形态学处理和连通区域对图像进行预处理,减少无关信息并准确定位绝缘子轮廓;通过分析温度图谱和热缺陷温度特点,建立温度色彩模型,结合色彩映射实现绝缘子温度识别和状态判断;最后,设计了绝缘子热缺陷检测系统,实现热缺陷检测的可视化,并提高巡检效率。
Accurately detecting insulator thermal defects helps ensure stable operation of power system.To address the problems of insulator positioning and inaccurate detection,an insulator thermal defect recognition and detection algorithm is proposed based on temperature color model mapping.First,the image is preprocessed based on morphological processing and connected region to reduce irrelevant information and accurately locate the insulator.By analyzing the temperature pattern and characteristics of thermal defect,the temperature color model is then established,which is combined with temperature color mapping to realize recognition and status judgment of insulator.Finally,the detection system of insulator thermal defects is designed,further enabling visualization of thermal defect detection,and consequently increasing inspection efficiency.
