摘要 煤炭行业属于我国重要的能源支柱行业,在煤炭开采过程中,辅助运输是非常重要的,其工作质量能够直接影响整个煤炭开采的生产效率。架空乘人装置属于重要的人员辅助运输设备,近年来受到了矿山企业的普遍重视,也是矿井现代化建设的重要指标内容,对其进行研究具有一定现实意义。本文结合可编程控制器技术(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),进行了煤矿架空乘人装置PLC电气自动控制系统设计与程序设计,并取得了一定研究成果,希望本文的研究内容能够为煤矿架空乘人装置系统设计提供一定理论支持。 The coal industry is an important energy pillar industry in China.In the process of coal mining,auxiliary transportation is very important,and its work quality can directly affect the production efficiency of the entire coal mining.The overhead passenger device is an important auxiliary transportation equipment for personnel,which has received widespread attention from mining enterprises in recent years.It is also an important indicator content of mine modernization construction,and research on it has certain practical significance.This article combines Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology to design and program the PLC electrical automatic control system for coal mine overhead passenger device,and has achieved certain research results.It is hoped that the research content of this article can provide certain theoretical support for the design of coal mine overhead passenger device system.
