摘要
哈氏合金C-22为Ni-Cr-Mo合金,焊接时易产生结晶裂纹和气孔等缺陷。采用钨极氩弧焊和焊条电弧焊对厚度10 mm的C-22试板进行焊接工艺试验,通过无损检测、拉伸、弯曲、硬度、金相及腐蚀性能测试等手段对焊接接头的质量、性能及组织进行分析研究。结果表明:选用与母材匹配的ERNiCrMo-10焊丝和ENiCrMo-10焊条施焊,采用保护气体为99.5%Ar+5%H2的钨极氩弧焊打底,焊接接头抗拉强度高于母材的最低要求,焊接接头具有优异的塑、韧性及耐蚀性能,满足渣油加氢项目中催化剂反应器装置主体材料哈氏合金C-22的焊接及使用要求。
Hastelloy C-22 is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy.Defects such as crystal cracks and pores are easy to occur during the welding process.The welding process test was carried out on a HastelloyC-22 sample board with a thickness of 10 millimeters using GTAW and SMAW.Analyze and study the quality,performance,and microstructure of welded joints through non-destructive testing,tensile,bending,hardness,metallographic,and corrosion performance testing.The results showed that the welding was carried out using ERNiCrMo-10 welding wire and ENiCrMo-10 welding rod that matched the base material.The tungsten ar‐gon arc welding joint with a shielding gas of 99.5%Ar+5%H2 had a tensile strength higher than the minimum requirements of the base material.The welded joint had excellent plasticity,toughness,and corrosion resistance,meeting the welding and usage requirements of Hastelloy C-22,the main material of the catalyst reactor device in the residue hydrogenation project.
