摘要
市政道路建设具有涉及范围广、施工难度大、施工内容复杂等特点,导致施工过程中存在工程造价风险,极易出现超出工程概算问题。通过绘制造价风险识别流程图,采用德尔菲法对工程造价风险因素进行识别,得到了前期决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段和施工阶段分别存在9个风险影响因素。提出了在前期决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段和施工阶段进行的工程造价风险控制对策。
The construction of municipal roads involves a wide range,is difficult to construct,and the construction content is complex,which leads to project cost risks in the construction process,and it is very easy to exceed the project budget.Using the Delphi method method to identify project cost risk factors by drawing a cost risk identification flow chart,nine risk influencing factors are abtained including engineering planning,were identified in the early decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,and construction stage.Countermeasures for engineering cost risk control were proposed in the early decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,and construction stage.
