七种杀虫剂对暗黑赤眼蜂的急性毒性及安全性评价

Acute Toxicity and Safety Evaluation of Seven Insecticides to Adult Wasps of Trichogramma pintoi(Hymenoptera:Trichogrammidae)

摘要 在室内以黄野螟(Heortia vitessoides Moore)优势寄生蜂暗黑赤眼蜂(Trichogramma pintoi Voegele)为研究对象,通过管测药膜法测定了常用的防控药剂氯虫苯甲酰胺、茚虫威、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、虫螨腈、虱螨脲、乙基多杀菌素和高效氯氟氰菊酯7种杀虫剂对暗黑赤眼蜂的急性毒性,评价了其安全性风险等级,并研究了杀虫剂对该蜂寿命和寄生率的亚致死效应。结果表明,虫螨腈、虱螨脲、乙基多杀菌素和高效氯氟氰菊酯对暗黑赤眼蜂的毒力LR50分别为1.48×10^(-11)、1.56×10^(-11)、2.75×10^(-9)和2.77×10^(-7)mg a.i./cm^(2),对该蜂的安全性风险等级均为极高风险性;其余3种杀虫剂氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和茚虫威对该蜂的毒力LR50分别为2.43×10^(-5)、4.95×10^(-5)和2.62×10^(-4)mg a.i./cm^(2),对该蜂的安全性等级均为高风险性;与对照组相比,7种杀虫剂处理后暗黑赤眼蜂的寿命和寄生率均显著降低,表现出较高的亚致死效应。本研究测定的杀虫剂对该蜂均有较高的急性毒性风险。因此,在害虫综合治理中应谨慎使用氯虫苯甲酰胺、茚虫威和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐杀虫剂,尤其是虫螨腈、虱螨脲、乙基多杀菌素和高效氯氟氰菊酯,以免对赤眼蜂造成严重的损伤。 The acute toxicities,safety,and sublethal effects of seven insecticides(chlorfenapyr,lufenuron,spinetoram,lambda-cyhalothrin,chlorantraniliprole,indoxacarb,and emamectin benzoate)recommended for the control of Heortia vites-soides Moore on adult wasps of Trichogramma pintoi Voegele,the dominant egg parasitoid of H.vitessoides,were evaluated using the dry film residue method under laboratory conditions.The results showed that chlorfenapyr,lufenuron,spinetoram,and lambda-cyhalothrin posed an extremely high risk of T.pintoi with the LR50 values of 1.48×10^(-11)mg a.i.·cm^(-2),1.56×10^(-11)mg a.i.·cm^(-2),2.75×10^(-9)and 2.77×10^(-7)mg a.i.·cm^(-2),respectively.The other three insecticides,chlorantraniliprole,emamectin benzoate,and indoxacarb,showed a high risk to T.pintoi with the LR50 values of 2.43×10^(-5),4.95×10^(-5) and 2.62×10^(-4)mg a.i.·cm^(-2),respec-tively.Compared with the control group,the lifespan and parasitism rate of T.pintoi were significantly reduced after the treatment with seven insecticides,which had a higher sublethal effect.All of the insecticides tested here have a higher risk of acute toxicity,so the use of chlorantraniliprole,indoxacarb,and emamectin benzoate,especially chlorfenapyr,lufenuron,spinetoram,and lambda-cyhalothrin,should be evaluated carefully in integrated pest management programs to avoid badly damage to wasps of the genus Trichogramma.
