摘要
目的:观察案例教学法(CBL)联合项目细化版迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)教学在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月-2022年12月在安徽医科大学附属亳州医院内分泌科进行住院医师规范化培训的50名住院医师作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各25名。试验组采用CBL联合项目细化版Mini-CEX的教学方法,对照组采用传统的教学方法。从入科和出科比较分析住院医师在病史采集、体格检查、人文素养、医患沟通、临床判断、组织效能、整体表现7个方面的能力。结果:入科时,两组住院医师入科考核Mini-CEX测评结果集中在3~6分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出科时,两组住院医师病史采集、体格检查、人文素养、医患沟通、临床判断、组织效能、整体表现7个方面的得分均高于入科时。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组住院医师出科时体格检查得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CBL联合项目细化版Mini-CEX的教学方式应用于内分泌科住院医师的培养中取得了良好的教学效果。
Objective Exploring the application effect of Case-based Learning(CBL)joint project refined version of the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)teaching in standardized training of resident endocrinologists.Methods 50 resident physicians who underwent standardized training in the Department of Endocrinology at the Bozhou Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 25 residents in each group.The experimental group received teaching using the CBL combined with a refined version of Mini-CEX,while the control group received traditional teaching methods.The abilities of the resident physicians in medical history collection,physical examination,humanistic qualities,doctor-patient communication,clinical judgment,organizational efficiency,and overall performance were compared and analyzed upon entry and exit.Results Upon entry,both groups of resident physicians scored in the range of 3 to 6 points in the Mini-CEX assessment,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Upon exit,the scores of both groups of resident physicians in the seven aspects of medical history collection,physical examination,humanistic qualities,doctor-patient communication,clinical judgment,organizational efficiency,and overall performance were higher than those upon entry,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the physical examination scores of the two groups of resident physicians upon exit(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of the CBL joint project refined version Mini-CEX teaching method in the training of resident endocrinologists has achieved good teaching results.
