摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是指由长期高血糖引起的视网膜局部微血管病理改变,是威胁成人视力健康的重要原因。DR的发生机制多样,其中氧化应激贯穿全过程。核转录因子红系2相关因子2(Nrf2)是协调编码抗氧化和解毒酶基因表达的关键转录因子,血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)是其诱导的一种重要的抗氧化酶,因此Nrf2/HO-1通路是氧化应激的关键环节。该通路被激活后可通过发挥抗炎、抗氧化等作用延缓DR的进展,是治疗DR的潜在靶点,但其具体作用机制未来仍需深入研究。
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)refers to the pathological changes of the local microvessels of the retina caused by long-term hyperglycemia,which is an important reason threatening the visual health of adults.There are various mechanisms of DR,among which oxidative stress runs through the whole process.The nuclear factor-erythro 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)is a key transcription factor that coordinates the expression of antioxidant and detoxification enzyme genes,and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)is an important antioxidant enzyme induced by it.Therefore,the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway is a key link in oxidative stress.After activation,this pathway can delay the progression of DR by exerting anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,making it a potential target for treating DR.However,its specific mechanism of action still needs further research in the future.
