RNA结合蛋白在肝脏疾病中作用机制的研究进展

摘要 RNA结合蛋白(RBPs)作为细胞发生发展的关键调控因子,通过与目标RNA结合参与剪切、信使RNA的稳定、亚细胞定位、翻译等生理过程,从而控制编码蛋白的表达水平。近年来,越来越多的研究表明RBPs参与多种肝脏疾病的发生发展,包括酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化和肝细胞癌等。但由于RBPs的作用和肝脏疾病发病机制均较复杂,RBPs在肝脏疾病中的作用和机制有待进一步阐明,同时了解RBPs在肝脏疾病中的作用机制,对肝脏疾病的药物开发、临床治疗均具有重要意义。 RNA-binding proteins(RBPs),as key regulators of cell genesis and development,participate in physiological processes such as splicing,messenger RNA stabilization,subcellular localization and translation by binding to target RNA,thus controlling the expression level of encoded proteins.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that RBPs are involved in the development of a variety of liver diseases,including alcoholic liver disease,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,viral hepatitis,liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.However,because the role of RBPs and the pathogenesis of liver diseases are complex,the role and mechanism of RBPs in liver diseases need to be further elucidated,and understanding the mechanism of RBPs in liver diseases is of great significance for its pathogenesis,drug development and clinical treatment.
