河北雄安新区“三生空间”人地系统及耦合协调度探究 被引量:1

Human-Land System and Its Coupling Coordination Degree in Xiong′an New Area from the Perspective of"Production-Living-Ecological Spaces"

摘要 《河北雄安新区规划纲要》体现了“三生”空间协调、人地和谐共融的城市发展理念。该文从“三生空间”视角构建人地系统评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型从多空间尺度定量分析2010—2020年河北雄安新区人地系统耦合协调度动态变化,并探究人地系统耦合与“三生空间”演化的对应关系。结果表明:2010—2020年河北雄安新区生产空间面积占比由75%降至71%,生活空间、生态空间占比分别由11%和14%提升至13%和16%;“人”系统得分整体提升,“地”系统得分稍有下降,人地系统耦合协调度不断上升且与“三生空间”配置演化趋势具有较强对应关系;新区北部经济发展状况较好,人地系统耦合协调度较优,南部属于生态敏感区,开发程度低,耦合协调度较低。研究结果可为河北雄安新区国土空间格局规划及相关政策实施提供决策支持。 The planning outline of Xiong′an New Area embodies the concept of coordinated development of production,living and ecological spaces,and harmonious integration of human and land.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of human-land system from the perspective of"production-living-ecological spaces",quantitatively analyzes the dynamic change of coupling coordination degree of human-land system in Xiong′an New Area from 2010 to 2020 in multiple spatial scales,and explores the corresponding relationship between the coupling of human-land system and the evolution of"production-living-ecological spaces".It is found as follows.①From 2010 to 2020,the proportion of production space in Xiong′an New Area decreased from 75%to 71%,and the proportion of living space and ecological space increased from 11%and 14%in 2010 to 13%and 16%in 2020,respectively.②The score of the"human"system in Xiong′an New Area has increased as a whole,the score of the"land"system has declined slightly,and the coupling coordination degree of the human-land system has continued to rise.③The economic development of the northern part of Xiong′an New Area is good,and the coupling coordination degree of human-land system is excellent.The southern part is an ecologically sensitive area,with low development degree and poor coupling coordination degree.④There is a strong correspondence between the coupling coordination degree of human-land system and the proportion and evolution trend of"production-living-ecological spaces".This study can provide decision support for the land spatial pattern planning and related policy implementation in Xiong′an New Area.
