摘要
资源基础理论作为指导企业资源管理实践的重要思想备受瞩目,然而现有研究对其发展脉络、知识架构尚未给出清晰阐释。因此,系统梳理其理论体系以指导学界精准应用资源基础理论探究资源管理范式,成为学界关注的重要议题。本文以Web of Science数据库中资源基础理论相关文献为研究对象,运用文献计量与归纳相结合的方法展开研究:首先,厘清资源基础理论发展脉络,发现相关研究呈现“传统资源基础观—动态资源基础观—资源行动观”的演进特征;其次,基于资源管理过程视角梳理资源基础理论相关研究议题,总结出以“资源管理影响因素—资源行动开展路径—资源与能力互动关系”为主线、以“资源战略生成—资源战略执行”为支线的知识体系,并补充对资源基础理论应用与拓展的探讨,进而构建更为完善的资源基础理论知识框架;最后,结合我国创新管理实践现实需要,从现代企业资源行动过程机制及能力提升路径、新兴管理创新情境及中国特色管理创新情境下资源管理策略、资源基础理论与其他理论的融合等方面阐述未来研究展望,旨在推动资源基础理论研究与资源管理实践进一步发展。
Under the background of the gradual promotion of economic globalization,the rapidly iterating customer demand,the continuously up-grading technological structure,the constantly changing institutional situation and the increasingly fierce market competition make the external environment faced by all kinds of enterprises more unstable,uncertain,complex and fuzzy.In order to break through the situational constraints,some enterprises focus on their own development strategies by actively absorbing external resources and fully tapping internal resources to promote the continuous upgrading of their own capabilities to achieve leapfrog development of the organization.However,it is not easy to obtain and use internal and external resources efficiently.In today’s society,the diversity of enterprise stakeholders and the complexity of internal and external actors in-crease the difficulty of resource management and coordination.Therefore,how to adapt modern enterprises to resource situations through effective management of internal and external resources so as to avoid being eliminated by the market has become a strategic issue concerned by many schol-ars and entrepreneurs in the new era.As a result,key words such as resource-based theory,resource action,and dynamic capability have gradually become the focus of academic attention.Resource-based theory,as a key force to guide the practice of enterprise resource management,has been widely concerned by the academic circle,but its knowledge base is relatively fuzzy and has not formed a unified logical structure in the theoretical circle.The earliest research on resource-based theory can be traced back to Penrose’s view that an enterprise is a resource collection in his book Enterprise Growth Theory in 1959.Although Wer-nerfelt put forward the resource-based view in 1984 on this basis,the research on resources during this period was still scattered and personalized.It was not until 1991 that Barney focused on the characteristics of resources and put forward the VRIN framework,
